Double Action Entertainment, Inc. specializes in the audio/visual aspect of multi-media entertainment. Started in 2000, Double Action’s first project was to produce, arrange, and distribute Mr Bones album “Thug Hitz Vol. 1." The album was released in 2002 and moved respectable units independently and online. This success allowed Mr. Bones the opportunity to work with other artists in the business (Total Kaos, Tiki), appear on various television projects (Hot, Wet, In Miami, Flatbroke TV), and display his acting chops in upcoming film projects (Chain Reaction).
While promoting the Mr Bones album, Double Action decided to develop its non-profit organization, The Double Action Foundation. Focusing on inner city community development, The Double Action Foundation successfully pulled off its First Annual Easter Egg- Stravaganza in 2003. The following year, Double Action Entertainment contributed to the “Miami Pipeline Magazine” and helped developed “Pipeline T.V.” for The Miami Pipeline, an award winning organization which showcases talent throughout the South Florida community. Double Action’s contributions assisted the Miami Pipeline in winning its “The Best of 2004" award from City Link Magazine. Along with various endeavors into radio, television, film, and magazines, Double Action Entertainment also contributes to Da-Haps.com, an online source for entertainment. Expanding upon its musical side and into the realm of R&B, albums from Showtime At The Apollo winners Total Control and Fir’-N-Iyce continue the legacy of Double Action Entertainment.
Also, the “Thug Hitz Vol. 1" feature film, Da Party Patroll Djz full length album and DVD and Da Actiongirlz “Bout Action” compilation are further expansions in the entertainment field. The company that started as a dream has now become reality as we take it to “A Whole ‘Nother Level” at Double Action Entertainment, Inc.
